I’m stuck in this world,
This world within worlds,
Not knowing where to go or how to escape,
I’m lost.

Whatever way I turn,
I find the most strangest things,
They surprise me and intrigue me.
I have no idea where to go,
I’m trapped.

It’s like I’m in a never ending maze;
Not knowing what’s behind the next corner,
Or where the end will truly be.
I wonder if the maze will never end?
I’m lost.

I’m in out of my depth,
In a world full of imagination.
Full of the impossible.
Full of dreams.
Is ok if I just stay here?
Trapped in this world of dreams

My submission for

's contest. Check out her comic 'Circle' NOW if you already haven't!

This is Dot, one of main characters of 'Circle'. I'm really taken by her. I was originally going to draw Ermine or some of the Nuns/doctors because Indie's character designs are fantastic, but in the end I went the 'lazy' route and just did Dot. I wanted to draw a poofy dress, damn it!

Also, for some reason, I gave Dot black/grey hair. This made complete sense when I started this. I swear.

I know not of the character, but I wouldn't mess with her. Her hair'd eat me!

Speaking of which, loving the colouring on that in particular, it looks like it has some real weight to it, as if the left pigtail might make her and her wee feet topple over at any point!

Poofy dress is awesome, very much want it, complete with th'

urple hair bows.

The choice to put it all on a contrasting grundge background gives the character even more attitude than her expression already portrays. Wonderous stuff m'lady and best of luck with th'contest! :3
